This online course provides students enrolled in the master's program in Organizational Leadership an opportunity to apply professional applications to their respective academic coursework. The Applied Learning Practicum can be either a practicum or internship in an area directly related to the student's course of study, or a project conducted in collaboration with program faculty applying coursework to a professional setting.

2. Apply a deeper understanding of how program curriculum is applied to real world workplace environments.
3. Compose effective communication through professional writing, speaking, and other forms of business communication in courses.
