This course is designed to provide students with a study of two vital areas of knowledge within project management (PM): Project Risk Management and Project Quality Management. Students will learn how to assess, address, and manage risk in order to attain project success and avoid project failure. Students will also learn the importance of project quality through the utilization of project quality tools and quality management planning. This study involves applicable quality concepts that aid in the planning, managing, and controlling of processes.
